Deleting your KlipBox account

In the web dashboard

Sign in at klipbox.eu, open Account Settings and choose Delete account. This path is always available, whatever version of the app you use.

In the app

Account deletion is in the latest version of the KlipBox app. If you do not see the option, delete your account in the web dashboard.

1. Open KlipBox and sign in.
2. Go to Settings, Account and plan.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Enter your password and your email address, then confirm.

No access to your account

Email contact@metafox.pro from the address linked to your account, with the subject: KlipBox account deletion. We will reply within 30 days.

What we delete

Your account, events, photos, videos, AI portraits, guest galleries, guest email addresses and settings. Your account and data are removed right away, and files are removed from our servers within 24 hours.

A company where you are the only admin is deleted in full, also for everyone else who has access. A company with another admin, and any company you belong to as a team member, is kept: you only lose access, and its data and subscriptions stay as they are.

We cannot delete copies that guests have already downloaded or received by email, or photos saved to your device's photo library.

What we keep

Billing records and invoices until 31 December of the sixth year after the year of payment, as the law requires. A hashed record that you used the free trial, for 3 years, so it cannot be started again.

Subscriptions

We cancel a card subscription right away. We cancel a Google Play subscription for you. This applies to the companies we delete; subscriptions of companies that are kept carry on. We cannot cancel an App Store subscription: do it in your Apple ID settings.
