Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically — IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of visit, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
Information Collected while Using the Application
With Your prior permission, We may collect pictures and other information from your Device's camera and photo library. You can enable or disable access at any time through Your Device settings.

Account Deletion and Data Retention
How to delete Your Account
- In the latest version of the Application: Settings, Account and plan, Delete account.
- In the web dashboard at klipbox.eu, always available: Account Settings, Delete account.
- No access to Your Account: email contact@metafox.pro from the address linked to Your Account, with the subject: KlipBox account deletion. We will reply within 30 days.

What we delete
Your Account, events, photos, videos, AI portraits, guest galleries, guest email addresses and settings are deleted as soon as You confirm. Files are removed from our servers within 24 hours. We cannot delete copies that guests have already downloaded or received by email, or photos saved to Your Device's photo library.
A company where You are the only admin is deleted in full, also for everyone else who has access. A company with another admin, and any company You belong to as a team member, is kept: You only lose access, and its data and subscriptions stay as they are.
What we keep and for how long
- Billing records: subscriptions and purchases of events and AI packs, with the buyer details needed for an invoice (name or company name, VAT ID, address, billing email). We keep them until 31 December of the sixth year after the year of the payment. Basis: legal obligation under Polish accounting and tax law (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- App Store and Google Play purchases: transaction ID, product, amount and date, with no buyer data. We keep them for the same period to reconcile payouts from the stores.
- Data held by Stripe: card payments and invoices are kept by our payment provider Stripe under its own retention rules. Saved payment methods are detached when Your Account is deleted.
- Free trial record: cryptographic hashes of the Device identifier, company name and email address, with no readable data. We keep them for 36 months after Your Account is deleted. Basis: legitimate interest in preventing repeated use of the free trial (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Security of Your Personal Data
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect Your Personal Data.
